At Hope Street, my personal mission is to inspire and support individuals on their journey to freedom from alcohol and other self-medicating habits. Through compassionate guidance and unwavering support, we promote hope, resilience, and a renewed zest for life.

The Hope Street program is designed to support you through four key areas:

  1. Educating you about how alcohol affects your body, brain, and emotions, especially with habitual drinking;

  2. Helping you analyze and reframe your drinking patterns, triggers, and underlying beliefs;

  3. Encouraging you to make weekly commitments to improve your health and well-being;

  4. Crafting a personalized plan for a healthier relationship with alcohol.

We’ll also explore other aspects of your life — such as values, relationships, family, work, and hobbies — to help you discover new connections and interests.

I offer this personalized coaching across 6 or 12 sessions, each tailored to meet you where you are and to help you keep going in the direction of your dreams.

  • 6 or 12 x live zoom coaching sessions (60 minutes) 

  • Personalized strategies to help reframe unconscious patterns/beliefs

  • Recommended readings/podcasts/interviews

  • Support through Video Chat using Marco Polo

  • Copies of at least two books which I select to support each client's particular situation

This typically involves a 6 or 12-week program, with weekly 1-hour sessions over zoom. All sessions are fully confidential.
